Для вашего комфортного отдыха сдаётся 2х этажный дом. В тихом месте в деревне Семеновское.

Дом не сдаем гостям до 25 лет и вообще для шумных вечеринок!!!

На большой территории находятся два дома для отдыха. Они между собой не закрыты забором.

На первом этаже расположены: просторная гостиная с угловой кухней, большой стол для 10–12 человек, угловой диван, две отдельные комнаты и совмещенный санузел с душевой кабиной.

На втором этаже кровать двухспальная и диван раскладной, зона отдыха с видом на пруд.

Может свободно разместиться 10 гостей.
Имеется вся столовая посуда для застолья.

Для детей есть игрушки. Стульчик для кормления по запросу. Высокий стул.

Во дворе есть мангальная зона. Решётки и шампура предоставляем. Уголь и розжиг берите с собой.

Детская площадка общая на два дома. Волейбольная площадка.
Парковка на 4 автомобиля.
Можно проживать с питомцами, но обязательно обговаривается и оплачивается отдельно. Дом идеально подходит для семейного отдыха, для не шумных встреч с друзьями, одноклассниками или коллегами.
